4titude Scents is a Nigerian home fragrance brand based in Abuja, FCT. We sell scented candles, reed diffusers, room and linen sprays, diffuser refills, and gift sets. Our products are handcrafted in small batches.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
An order is confirmed only when payment has been received and verified. We accept payment via debit and credit cards through Paystack, and via bank transfer where applicable.
All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
3. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including photographs, scent descriptions, and fragrance notes. However, scent is subjective and individual experiences may vary. We cannot guarantee that a fragrance will smell exactly as expected based on its description alone.
We encourage you to reach out to us via WhatsApp before ordering if you are unsure about a product.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines and fees are set out in our Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural events, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
